Maddison joined Nic's team in 2017, and brings with her a strong foundation in customer service and administrative management. Her mission is to further enhance our clients' experience when selling, and ensure that the entire process runs smoothly from start to finish. With a history of working and training not only in Real Estate, but within the LJ Hooker family, Maddison is the perfect addition as Client Services Manager for Team Salter-Harding.
Coming from a family background in Real Estate, Maddison started with LJ Hooker in Malua Bay in 2014 as a Business Systems Operator, eventually moving on to take on administrative duties for Broulee office as well. During this time, Maddison was nominated and awarded for the Principal’s Choice Award for Business Systems Operator for the South Coast Cell in 2015. She chaired and organised meetings for administrators within the entire Eurobodalla Cell, and was nominated and published as a local 'Young Gun' for young business people in the local area’s newspaper.
In 2016, Maddison was promoted to a property management position in the LJ Hooker Tuross Head office where she also managed sales administration. After a year in property management where she received training in trust accounting procedures and brought new methods and procedures to the position, Maddison moved to the ACT for a lifestyle change and to be closer to family.
